Description As a part of the Property team this role is responsible for providing efficient and cost-effective administration services to the different streams and fleets.
In detail, this includes: Administration of fleet-related vehicle issues, including liaison with external fleet providers, authorisation of repairs, administration of fuel cards, processing of infringement notices, registrations, transfers, disposals and new vehicle purchases Managing relationships with key external parties as required such as Fleet companies, fleet managers, insurers and the operations team Management as well as policy & procedural development of all fleet requirements Profile self-motivated administration professional experienced in corporate property and project administration. a sound understanding of insurance and liability concepts. you will be highly organised in managing your workload strong written and verbal communication skills as well as an eye for detail that ensures accuracy in a role with high volumes of information.
