Reputable not for profit provider looking for a strong Facility Manager to join their home and hit the ground running THE ROLE - FACILITY MANAGER As a Facility Manager, this is an important part in a residential aged care facility. You will be responsible for the overall operations and day-to-day running of the home. Reporting to yourself will be a Clinical Manager Some duties will be finance, HR, budgets and overall management of staff Larger home with 100 beds Located about 10km west of Melbourne's CBD QUALITIES OF THE IDEAL PERSON We are looking for someone who is a qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration Previously Facility Manager experience in an aged care facility in Australia Strong knowledge of ACFI, new aged care standards, accreditation and legislation Passionate for aged care and making a difference "CAN DO" attitude and ready to roll up your sleeves.
