Your organisation – Mackay Hospital and Health Service: Mackay Hospital and Health Service has eight hospitals, two multi-purpose health services and two additional community health services that employ more than 2,700 staff. The Mackay district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to approximately 182,000 people in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina. Click here to find out more information about the Mackay HHS Your role: Provide high quality and effective administrative support and customer service to health professionals, clients, carers and the general public in a multi-disciplinary environment to ensure optimal delivery of clinical services.

Provide an efficient booking service for all clients and provide efficient utilisation of booking time available for clinicians. Respond to enquiries and provide information and assistance to staff, clients and visitors to facilitate effective service delivery within a community setting. Your team: The MHAODS division is based in Mackay at Community Mental health and the Mental Health Inpatient Unit with services also based in Moranbah and Proserpine.
