Field Services Officer
Job Summary Permanent Full time x 3 Positions Hobart based The role: We are looking for multiple hardworking, dynamic and fun Field Services Officers to join our Hobart operations team. Are you passionate about customer service within a field based role? Primarily based out of our Cambridge depot, you will need to be ambitious, responsive and have a real passion for achieving results. You will provide efficient, effective and accurate meter reading plus re-energise/de-energise of the customers installation in line with the relevant policies and procedures.
Your role will require you to arrange timely and cost effective on-site and off-site meter reading for domestic, business and key customers of the company. Through your demonstrated knowledge of processes within working groups you will successfully participate in a working culture that is characterised as efficient, effective, flexible, adaptive and responsive to function in a fully competitive environment . Help us deliver: You will be able to conduct behaviour following defined customer service standards, customer charter and NGM to improve the overall customer experience with TasNetworks Participation in the ongoing maintenance of operating cost reduction targets through a focus on innovation and process improvements Constantly review and implement processes which increase the quality of service delivery, safety and protection of the environment Comfortable coordinating your time effectively in a work environment where the task load is high.
Ability to learn the process of energising and de-energising and the input of validated data This position is primarily an outdoor role and consequently we will require the team members to endure varying weather conditions Success snapshot: Do you have a passion for participating in the creation of a safe workplace?
