The Communications Centre within Computershare Ltd serves as the front-line department in the management of one of our most valuable areas of business â€“ customer service. The key function of this department is the management of our daily customer interactions via phone calls, letter, email, live chat and face to face enquiries. The Role: The Communications Centre Team Leader will be responsible for managing the day to day operational activities of a team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service is provided to callers and our clients.
