Division: The Transactions Services Group (TSG) are responsible for receiving, scanning, validating and processing of roughly 2.2 million transactions every year. Transactions range from general shareholder registry maintenance to allocation or transferring of shares, management of deceased estates and overseas tax processing for dual listed clients.

The group also manages corporate action processes and bulk upload transactions. Transaction Services Group (TSG) manage operational requests for Computershare?s registry clients, membership based clients and internal stakeholders where required. The team has a base of 80 staff year round.

In our peak period (September ? December annually) this number can grow to 100 full time employees. The role: Reporting to a Team Leader the Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for handling the day to day investor and client service activities. These requests are generated by emails, written correspondence and fax.

Requests can originate via internal email inboxes or via our Workflow system through the mailroom and scanning team. The Project Co-ordinator will be integral in the handling of all aspects of shareholder interactions, ranging from administrative duties and data entry to project work and manual tasks. The Project Co-ordinator will portray integrity and passion for not only delivering a high level of customer service as well as respecting policies and procedures set by Computershare Limited.

The key responsibilities of this role include: Processing and validation of documentation and shareholder requests Adhering to strict criteria for each transaction Complete accurate and fast data entry while achieving an individual KPI Project work and completion of manual tasks Email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders To be considered for this role you must have: Proven high attention to detail Basic - intermediate excel experience Proven project management experience Clear and concise communication skills Proven data entry skills and ability to meet individual targets Adaptability and flexibility Flexible on working hours and shift times as required by business needs Strong customer service skills Experience working in a fast paced high volume environment Be comfortable taking ownership and initiative with set tasks Ability to work autonomously Benefits and Culture: The opportunity to work for a large global corporation (over 12,000 e.
