Both part time and casual opportunities are available with the opportunity to progress into a full time role. About the role The Sydney Tower Eye is on the hunt for enthusiastic team members who are dedicated to the delivery of world class customer service. Your role will be focused on excellent service throughout all aspects of our guests visit, including welcome & check-in, managing our special effects 4D cinema, assisting guests to and from the Observation Deck, and delivering informative and entertaining presentations on all things Sydney The successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive training induction program and on-going mentoring to provide them with all the skills, information & resources they require to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key expectations include: â€¢ Genuine guest interaction in all areas of the attraction, creating connections with people from all over the world â€¢ Guest welcome, check-in, and service duties â€¢ Host our special effects 4D cinema, including a pre-show presentation â€¢ Interpretation of Sydneyâ€™s history, culture, and major attractions through delivery of memorable and quality guided tours â€¢ Following all health, safety, and security practices About you The Sydney Tower Eye is a company that recognises the passion of its teams as the key ingredient for success.
