The primary responsibility of the Business Performance Manager is to provide Business Management activities such as Financial reporting and analysis including cost centre and headcount management, financial modelling across all products and key business initiatives within RBWM (Retail Banking & Wealth Management) Responsibilities: Be accountable for the successful formalisation and delivery of the RBWM Annual Operating Plans including interpreting financial information and recommending further courses of action. Drive the management of the RBWM cost centres, including working with GF/HOST to identify cost saving opportunities across the Business Drive the management of the RBWM headcount including working with HR to ensure ongoing alignment Provide appropriate data and reporting to ensure oversight and the achievement of AOP and other business objectives; Monitor and analyse P&L, costs, pricing, variable contributions, liquidity, RWAs, JAWs including recommending further courses of action.
Define, run and maintain the product modelling across the business Determine product performance levels and trends within current and forecasted market conditions and against approved budgets/targets and P&L Identify & forecast product performance challenges, also suggesting appropriate mitigations. Prepare senior management and board level presentations/papers Prepare inputs to other key governance meetings, both local and regional.
