Customer Care Consultant - Contact Centre (12 month contract)

As a Customer Service Consultant in our Life Insurance & Investments Division youâ€™ll help our customers protect what they love most.
The role requires you to manage a range of tasks which include handling client enquiries over the phone, customer care and maintenance of existing life insurance policies, trouble shooting, complaint handling and assisting with ad hoc projects as and when required. This role is located within a vibrant and driven team in our North Sydney office. Youâ€™ll build on your existing customer service skills, and weâ€™ll provide you with excellent training to support you in learning about Zurichâ€™s Life Insurance and Investment products, processes and policies.
As you learn and grow in the role youâ€™ll have autonomy to organise and action your own daily workload. Youâ€™ll be a highly organised person with a proven track record of providing an exceptionally high quality of service to a varied and diverse portfolio of customers. Youâ€™ll be able to utilise your fantastic written and verbal communication skills as well as use your detailed and proactive approach to problem solving.
