In this role you will research , plan and conceptuali se innovative user experiences (UX), customer experiences (CX) and interactions for various digital and physical touchpoints including web, app, voice, in-flight and other emerging channels . Developing sound UX concepts, including the scoping and definition of customer needs, task analysis, and the creation/use of personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases . You will apply conceptual thinking to create world-class digital solutions across multiple platforms, cleverly bringing together user needs, business goals and technical realities Initiating and establishing creative concepts that will drive engagement and conversion .

W orking with visual designers to bring them to life t ransforming complicated processes and concepts into simple, intuitive user flows and interface . You’ll have – 3 years’ experience in a Service Design, UX or CX role Tertiary qualification in a design, HCI, psychology or research role Proven experience initiating, designing and developing user experiences for responsive web, apps, voice and/or other digital interfaces Proven experience solving problems with a high degree of complexity Superior logical and rational decision-making skills with sound numerical reasoning Experience designing in a sprint-based Agile Scrum environment Exceptional collaboration, presentation and communication skills Familiarity and experience modern frameworks, and their associated techniques and rituals: Lean, Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban Ability to express and present meaningful opinions regarding UX design to all stakeholders Knowledge and experience with multiple Agile frameworks (e.g.
