As one of the leading asset servicing providers in Asia, Australia is a top growth focus area for HSS and is therefore seeking a high calibre Client Management & Sales person to join its local/ regional HSS team to be responsible for all Client Management and Sales within Australia and New Zealand. Your role would include a portfolio of clients covering multiple client segments including Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Alternatives, Insurance, Public Sector and Pensions.

Responsibilities: • Identify opportunities for cross selling, develop sales strategies, and works with the business to enhance profitability. Work with FIG and existing SBD reps (if any) to formulate and execute a plan around agreed names. • Own the commercial relationship for the client.

Protect and grow existing client business throughout the region. • Maintain a high level of client interaction, Develop strong understanding of clients business, growth objectives, strategy and key decision makers. • Maintain competitive analysis and lead strategic direction of HSS with local management.

• Understand the needs of customers and prospects, and assist to implement structures and solutions to meet their needs. • Lead RFI/ RFP and deals through new business acceptance process and ensure full compliance with internal procedures in respect of the conclusion and handover of new business and on-going annual reviews. • Keep up to date with new regulations, market trends and client plans to identify new sales opportunities.

• Review and monitor competitors propositions and success factors. Use the same to ensure HSS becomes the market leader in this sector. • Promote HSS Services’ profile as the local / regional fund services provider in Australia and potentially other Emerging Markets.
