Business Process Analysts - multiple roles - Brisbane based



A key client of ours, a leading Financial Institution based in Brisbane is seeking multiple Senior Business Process Analysts to work on multiple projects as they undertake some exciting new projects across risk and security, insurance, digital fraud and compliance. We are seeking expertise preferably from strong Process Analysts with a Financial services background that have been exposed to the following experience and have the following skills: You will bring the following skills and experience: Ability to conduct process analysis and BPMN Modelling to design and continuously improve processes, services and work-flow; Ability to conduct Business Rules Analysis; Experience with performing Root Cause Analysis and Risk Assessments; Experience with analysing current state (people, processes, risks and controls) and document. Ability to undertake a gap analysis; Experience with contributing to the design, implementation and sustainability of business process management frameworks and methodologies for integrated change (including process libraries; process metrics; integrated workflow, process and business rule capabilities); Experience with conducting process analysis and process modelling to design and continuously improve processes, services and workflow to deliver customer-centric differentiated service; and Manage and support workflow, process model and knowledge management tools and capability.

Essential Requirements Demonstrated experience with BPMN2.0 process modelling; Demonstrated experience with Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and practices (including process architecture, process discovery and analysis, process improvement, process automation/workflow management, and process metrics and monitoring); Advanced communication and stakeholder management capability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders to influence outcomes of a complex nature; and Demonstrated ability to effectively lead meetings and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders, elicit outcomes and bring a diverse range of stakeholders on the journey. Desired Superannuation experience and technical knowledge of the associated legislation that operates within the superannuation environment; Experience within any of the following areas: insurance, digital fraud, regulatory, policy and compliance; and Lean Six Sigma qualification (Green or Black Belt).
