THE ROLE. You will have complete autonomy within NSW to sell the company's range of equipment into both large industrial manufacturers through to smaller independent companies. Taking this into consideration, it is paramount that you are able to deal at a corporate level with senior executives as well as working at shop floor level with production.
As an established brand name our client already has existing relationships with the majority of their target market so strong account management skills are vital. As with all businesses though they are looking to expand so you will also have free rein to target new/lapsed accounts. This is a pivotal role for our client as you will be managing some of their Key Accounts and as such they are looking for exceptionally strong applicants.
THE CANDIDATE. You will be an experienced industrial salesperson with a proven track record of territory management and technical sales. Ideally you will come from a background of selling into the food manufacturing or process sector, however our client will consider high calibre sales people from any industrial background should they be able to demonstrate an aptitude to learn and a track record of success.
Any capital equipment sales background will be looked upon favourably and the company are very open on the level of experience someone has. You will be rewarded with a highly competitive package which includes a base salary between $90k-120k, super, fully maintained vehicle/car allowance, Credit Card and Bonus on top.
