Administrative Support Officer
Duties The IPO is a large team that enables the AFP to align its investment in programs and projects to its strategic direction. It supports the delivery of program outcomes to maximise the realisation of planned benefits. The Administrative Support Officer will provide a range of administrative support tasks to support these endeavours.
This role would suit applicants with strong administrative skills interested in learning corporate applications and looking to develop their program and project management knowledge. The Administrative Support Officer will provide effective support to enhance IPO responsibilities and outcomes consistent with T&I and AFP strategic plans. The successful applicant will: â€¢ Support Program Managers to meet program compliance obligations.
â€¢ Learn Portfolio/Program/Project Management (P3M) methodologies (i.e. P30, P3M3, MSP, and PRINCE2) to support IPO and its stakeholders.
â€¢ Utilise and maintain corporate applications to support IPO including: Principal Toolbox, Strategy Dot Zero, ServiceNow, and/or SharePoint. â€¢ Provide administrative and process support to boards and events. â€¢ Establish information repository of enterprise portfolio documentation including maintaining IPO's intranet (Hub) content.
â€¢ Maintain client relationship management systems (e.g. email inbox, hotline and service request queue).
â€¢ Support team task backlog capture, coordinate progress reporting (e.g. weekly dot points, Kanban).
Eligibility â€¢ A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one. â€¢ Experience performing an administrative role. â€¢ Proficient using Microsoft Windows 10, Excel, and Word.
