Exciting opportunity for experienced receptionist to join a global organisation. Be the front face of the business, meet and greet clients and take ownership of a busy and dynamic role. Client Details Our client are market leaders in the property and development industry.

Description Representing the asset in a courteous and professional manner. Directing tenants and guests to the appropriate floor whilst being aware of security procedures. Effective use of control desk systems and associated equipment.

Liaise with security to ensure building is secure at all times. Concierge telephone - deal with enquiries and direct calls accordingly. Assist with the implementation of new systems and processes Assist with team members as required.

Must be available and flexible for shift work (day and night) Profile Strong client-orientated approach Computer Literacy in standard office products such as Word and Excel Professional and friendly telephone manner Ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines Ability to work with minimal supervision Proactive and self-motivated - keen to add value to the team Ability to remain calm in a busy environment Excellent organisation and time management skills Expertise in managing security personnel. Understanding of fire control room procedures.
