In this role you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate in-service programs for the wards/units that support the standards of nursing at Busselton Health Campus and WA Country Health Service - South West, in particular the areas of Critical Care and Maternity.
You will also be responsible for the orientation and support of all nursing ward/unit staff and also the performance development of all Graduate and Junior Registered and Enrolled Nurses.
