Representing a values-driven aged care organisation, you will be required to work alongside a small lifestyle services team to optimise the resident's well-being. This exciting opportunity is supported by an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator, Facility Manager & Care Manager. You will work alongside other RAO's and the nursing team to improve the quality of their days. We require a lifestyle services professional that can make this position their own and bring with them a vibrant attitude, fresh new ideas and the willingness to add joy to the resident's lives.
The Requirements: Have minimum Cert IV qualifications in Leisure and Health You will have a minimum of 6 months experience working in the Aged Care sector with a strong understanding of person-centred care and activity programming for clients.
