The Client Our client is a globally recognised engineering organisation who finds solutions and offers services from infrastructure and property development to rail and building. They are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable employee with strong communication skills to join their close-knit team on a temporary basis. Role Dimension A varied, fast paced role combining Administration and Document Control.

Working within a small team, the role will be providing administration support, document coordination along with the development, amendment and publication for all network rules, procedures and safe working documents. This is a busy and interesting role. This will eventually be a permanent role so there is opportunity to apply for the permanent role at the end of the assignment.

What's in it for you? $35/hr super Opportunity to work in a large national organisation Permanent opportunity for the right person Ability to work 7-3pm, 8-4pm or 9-5pm whichever suits your lifestyle Easy parking Great collaborative team environment Build your document control skillset Gain experience in the rail industry Central location About you The successful candidate will demonstrate the following; Exposure to Rail- highly regarded Proficiency in Microsoft Suite- Excel, Publisher & Word in particular Strong time management skills Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team High attention to detail Strong administrative and organisational capabilities Key responsibilities Maintain country regional network safe working rules and procedures, including issuing of amendments and safe notices in accordance with network standards Distribute safe working documentation to all safe working staff as required Ensure network rules are updated on the CRN network Assist to maintain the rail safe working rules and procedures and distribute internally, to RTO's and other agencies as necessary Contribute to new business, continuous improvement and broader business activities Participate in ANRP project and complete amendments as required to network rules and procedures Perform all duties in line with organisational policies, systems and procedures Ensure current versions are maintained within the CRN IMS of all documents, subject to revision, and ensure current versions of documents are issued to required parties in accordance with organisational IMS policy and prcocedure If this role sounds like it is your next opportunity, please apply directly to this advert.
