About the Role The Business Performance Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting Residence primarily through providing timely and accurate interpretation and analysis of data and working with Managers to identify required actions for improvement. The Business Performance Analyst utilises their expert level knowledge of key financial drivers within the residential aged care business environment, to forecast, monitor and review progress against implemented business improvement plans, providing management reporting as required.

The position will play a key role in identifying gaps in performance and driving business improvements. In addition, the role provides financial reporting and analysis to the State and Regional Support Managers and support to other Business Analysts. Responsibilities Analysis of the monthly results, explaining variances from budget.

Preparation of Business Improvement Plans and ongoing monitoring to achieving targets. Assist managers with business processes – rostering, expense tracking, reporting etc. Assist managers with Capex management.

Assist managers with preparation of budgets during the annual budget process. Preparation of budgets and forecasts for new residences and business activities /projects. Detailed labour costing, includes costing of rosters and modelling of staffing structures.

Income analysis – all aspects of income modelling, resident mix, RAD/DAP analysis and reporting. Assist other business analysts in fulfilling their duties Other duties as required Skills and Experience Qualifications in CA / CPA qualification Previous experience in a similar position Great Problem-solving skills and quantitative skills Good presentation skills and grasp on the use of inferential logic and an innovative approach Above average reporting and data skills Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Great communication ability and interpersonal skills Collaborative and communicative team skills Business acumen Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration Victorian Drivers Licence and own vehicle Culture Arcare is a family owned business therefore open and.
