Level 3 Support Engineer
THE COMPANY This company is an established, growing and highly reputable IT Managed Service Provider who provide IT Managed Services and specialized services to transition clients to the cloud with Microsoft Azure. The business has experienced considerable growth and now require an additional headcount in their growing Managed Services team. THE ROLE & A SUITBALE CANDIDATE: This is a Level 3 Managed Services Engineer position where you'll be providing hardware & software troubleshooting & support for various external client's environments and taking escalations from the Level 2 team.
You'll be involved in approx. 80% BAU and 20% project work. Paid certifications and ongoing training, a social and outgoing work environment, the ability to progress into a more senior position or project space is on offer.
Supported technologies include: Windows Server 2012/2016 Active Directory Group Policy DNS / DHCP Exchange / Office 365 Microsoft Azure VMware Citrix Cisco/HP networking Mobility A SUITABLE CANDIDATE: Suitable for a Level 3 Support Engineer experienced providing support & troubleshooting for multiple managed services clients. It's ideal for a customer service champion who wants to develop their technical skills and IT certifications enjoy career progression, challenging work in an upbeat environment. The following is needed: Strong Microsoft stack experience (Windows Server, AD, Group Policy DNS/DHCP etc) Very good Exchange & Office 365 support skills Very good VMware support experience Citrix support experience Azure is beneficial Good networking troubleshooting knowledge & understanding of TCP/IP, Routing/Switching, DNS, VPN etcâ€¦ Excellent interpersonal skill, a genuine passion for customer service, and well-developed problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This is a full-time permanent role based in North Sydney and is offering $80,000 - $100,000 (including super) - depending on experience.
