About the role We are searching for an experienced and successful Account Manager to join our high performing sales team. This is a pivotal role within the company which will see the successful candidate lead and drive value added initiatives within Private School customers. This role involves the sale of hardware, software and professional services into the Private schoolâ€™s environment.
Additionally, youâ€™ll be challenged and rewarded on sales of complex solutions, professional services and managed service. Youâ€™ll be measured on achieving sales targets and expanding our footprint within existing accounts to reflect our broad offering of services and solutions. Supporting you will be a team of senior level managers, solutions consultants, digital analysts, technical engineers and customer care staff that will provide a framework of success for you.
You will act as the first point of contact for customers and have responsibility for working towards realistic set targets and budgets. In consultation with key stakeholders within Konica Minolta, your primary responsibilities are: Growing the brand reputation and presence in the Private Education market. Develop a strong understanding of products and services and promote effective and strong engagements, providing our customers with a comprehensive understanding of our product offering.
Utilising your understanding of technology and the corporate or education environment, provide insights into workflow efficiency outcomes and compelling strategic solutions that resonate with customers, and drive action. Engage with potential stakeholders seeking to enhance their customer experience and promote our technology as a seamless element that works harmoniously with their own workflow technology. Work alongside your colleagues in Australia to encourage unity and alignment with the wider goals of the business and increase the impact of our digital strategy.
