Our software is changing education by helping childcare services easily manage and automate all aspects of their operations. Xplor has a range of products for supporting administrators, educators, and parents. Your impact as a Sales Development Representative Our sales team members provide the best solution-oriented sales experience possible, with the Sales Development Representative team generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and pipeline development.

Your day to day would look something like this: Launching new sales processes by outbound prospecting and warm lead follow up Researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and generating qualified leads Articulating Xplor’s value proposition and story to decision-makers Booking product demos with the Account Executive team and following up to ensure they are held Applying your organisational skills to successfully manage your daily call volume, targets, and follow up activities in our CRM, Salesforce Keeping up to date with Xplor product changes, feature updates, and announcements to strategically communicate these with prospects Many other things - you might need to help with an event, attend a trade show, or pitch in with other parts of the sales process.
