The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technical Solutions team working very closely with our customers to define requirements and implement our solutions in the best hospitals in Australia. Based either in our Sydney or Melbourne office, depending on your preferred location.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves dealing with customers and can work collaboratively to understand how our solutions can bring the best outcomes to our customers. You will be responsible for working with our customers to listen, understand and guide them in the definition of their technical requirements based on how our Products should be configured to best meet their expected outcomes. You will work with our customers from the start of a project attending workshops, taking ownership of translating business requirements into technical configuration documentation, implementation and testing of the agreed requirements from a technical perspective, supporting customer UAT testing and training the customers technical staff and our own Oneview support team for BAU handover.
You will guide the customer from a technical and testing perspective as well as providing training to the customer to empower them to get the best use out of our software. This opportunity affords the right candidate the opportunity to join a small dynamic and supportive team of Technical Solutions consultants, forge great customer relationships, get involved from the start of a project and follow the implementation through to completion to see the impact our great Products can have on realising the customers return on investment. Responsibilities & Accountabilities From post contract signing you will be responsible for the onsite implementation of our software.
You will be a stakeholder in driving technical discovery workshops to identify the requirements for the solution design, including environment provisioning, integrations and product workflow configuration, ensuring all requirements are documented and fully traceable right up to delivery.
