The Role Supporting a Partner and 5 fee earners, you will be very autonomous, reliable in your work and possess a great ability to exercise your initiative. Key Duties Organising legal documents in paper and electronic filing systems; Diary and email management; Dictaphone typing; Drafting correspondence and legal documents; Event management; Assisting with monthly billing and reporting; and Performing other administrative tasks as required. Skills & Experience To be successful, you will ideally have: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; A strong work ethic and proactive approach; Strong organisational skills; A positive, can-do attitude; and Availability to start relatively soon.
