Accountabilities include: • Contribute to the effective delivery of Revenue Protection strategy for TransLink Division, with input into the broader TMR strategy. • Review and analyse operational data in order to identify trends to allow for continuous operational improvements for revenue protection • Prepare written reports and make recommendations based on data research and analysis. • Investigate and provide evidence based advice for adjudicated and court elected public transport offences.

• Prepare for documentation required for matters listed in the Queensland Magistrates Courts, having due regard to all evidentiary requirements. • Provide support at inter-departmental and/or partner meetings and working group discussions. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and build working relationships across TransLink and TMR in the delivery of revenue protection and selected projects.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting systems to provide information on operational performance. • Assist with the ongoing management of fare evasion management systems and associated database. This position reports to the Fines and Investigations Supervisor.
