The Projects You will be responsible for the management of a new development in the heart of Rosebery, known as the most renowned and tech savvy building in their area holding around 100 residential apartments.
This will be on a Full Time basis and will oversee the operations and day to day management of these locations. Responsibilities Managing a variety staff throughout business streams Planning and establishment of works programs ensuring that timelines are met Distribution and responsibilities of all daily work orders and work loads Facilitating operations and planning meetings Managing Quality Control Liaising with clients Running projects to budget Manage fleet of vehicles and high-end equipment Requirements Exceptional attention to detail Superior communication skills with the proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse multicultural workforce Excellent time management skills Proven history of working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities Strong technical skills including Intermediate Microsoft Excel We work in a great team based environment where excellence is rewarded.
