As a Project Administrator, your duties will include: Provide administrative support from beginning to end of projects nationwide Provide an exceptional level of customer services to all stakeholders of the business Review all contracts and ensure they meet organisational standards and manage the contract variations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers Manage all document records Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and achieve continuous improvement in service delivery We do not require someone with Project Administration experience, however the successful candidate will have: A positive attitude, self-motivated and strong desire to succeed. Professional presentation Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport Strong administration experience (2 years) Customer service focused and commitment to providing a high level of service Intermediate level of computer literacy with the ability to work with programs suchs as Microsoft, Sharepoint and OneDrive.
