Employment Type : Temporary Full Time leave relief to 3/5/20 with possibility of an extension Position Classification : Nurse Unit Mamager Level 1 / Allied Health Level 5 Remuneration : $113,065.74 - $119,890 pa Hours Per Week : 38 Requisition ID : REQ137113 Location : Nowra Closing Date : 17 November 2019 What you'll be doing The Team coordinator is responsible for the leadership, guidance and line management of the Nowra Community Mental Health Team. They provide supervision, support and clinical expertise within mental health services for the delivery of safe, timely, compassionate and high quality, recovery focused and person-centered care.

They are involved in planning, implementing, evaluating and reporting on services. They identify opportunities for improvement in clinical practice, as well as service delivery and develop and lead ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff and teams within the district. nsw.gov.au/ Selection Criteria: Recognised qualifications in health discipline (social work, nursing, or occupational therapy) together with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for Nurses, and Health Professionals.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to lead a team in the provision of effective, evidence based, recovery orientated assessment and treatment services, within a community based context. Previous experience in relevant mental health treatment settings. Demonstrated commitment to the philosophy and practice of consumer's families and natural supports participating within the treatment process, as appropriate and in ac.
