nsw.gov.au What you'll be doing This position will provides a responsive, efficient, safe and reliable support service by co-coordinating patient and non-patient movements throughout the environments of the Hospital, by utilizing the approved system.
The Help Desk was established to provide a consolidated and streamlined service to its customers in the environs of cleaning, portering, waste management, security and linen services. nsw.gov.au Excellent customer service skills with a focused approach to resolving and documenting customer requests and resolutions Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, within the Help Desk Team and with staff of all levels.
