Budgeting, scheduling and reporting Develop and monitor all Scope of Work and Proposal documentations Anticipate and provide solutions to meet customer needs Exercise judgement and initiative in interpreting policy/process in the planning and implementation of S&Q projects in the contract Assist the Program Manager and the Business Performance Manager to identify suitable project execution strategies in reducing execution costs and improving S&Q performance through the life of the contract Report on areas of S&Q project milestone risks/concerns and identify remedial actions as necessary Have a high degree of understanding and experience in operational areas of project and contract management including project controls, estimation, scheduling and team resourcing/selection. Proven ability to communicate in a positive manner with internal and external customers. Technical or Tender/Proposal writing, including the costing and preparation of formal submissions.
Ability to successfully work with people at all levels of an organisation including as part of a team. Qualifications in project management / engineering or suitable experience that provides similar competencies..
