Exciting job opportunity for a Customer Service professional to join a Government organisation in Hamilton. Your new company We are currently looking for a reliable Customer Service professional to join a Government organisation located in Hamilton with the potential to work in Portland & Warrnambool. You will receive ongoing support and training, in a warm and friendly environment.

Your new role In this role, you will be: You will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment as a highly valued member of the customer service team You may be required to work between other local branches including Portland & Warrnambool. The role entails extensive on-site training, including learning about customer service, vehicle inspection, legislation's and much more Ability to work flexible hours on a rotational roster of between 15-38 hours, but being fully available 5 days a week You may be on call until 9am on your rostered days off to cover unforeseen circumstances Assisting customers with a variety of queries and transactions via face to face customer service What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you will need: Previous customer service and cash handling experience and a genuine interest in resolving customers enquiries You must be willing to be trained to be a licence testing officer as the business requires Excellent attention to detail Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday-Friday) and locations You must have full working rights within Australia to be considered for this position Ability to learn quickly and be self-motivated Ability to remain calm under pressure and multi-task Competency in IT Systems Full Victorian Drivers Licence (Probationary licence not suitable) Be able to pass an Australian Federal Police Check What you'll get in return You will receive on-the-job training and receive ongoing support. The potential opportunity to be trained in licence-testing, which involves you being out on the road with learner drivers, assessing and documenting driving skills, while directing them around pre-determined test routes.

All applicants must be eligible to train in this area if requested. Competitive hourly pay rate of $28.38 per hour 9.
