Our Client is a specialist surgeon with a practice based in one of Sydney's leading medical facilities. They are looking for a professional Medical Secretary to join their team as the first point of contact for all patients while supporting the surgeon and Practice Manager. In the role you will: Meet and greet all patients Manage patient bookings and records Prepare correspondence using voice recognition software (Dragon, dictaphone typing) Process patient billing using Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation Reconciling for eftpos, credit and cash payments Running and preparation of patient clinic alongside ad-hoc administrative duties To be successful in the role you will have: Medical Administration experience in a private or specialist environment preferred Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task The ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills Dictaphone typing experience (preferred but not essential) Experience with Genie software or similar If you have experience working as a Private or Specialist Medical Administrator and have great attention to detail don't miss this opportunity and apply now To submit your application in strict confidence, click the 'apply' button.
