The role: Currently they are seeking a Payroll Manager who has prior experience working in a fast paced, complex payroll environment working across several sites with multiple EBA's, Awards and manual timesheets. Working in a team of 4, some of your duties will include: Managing a team of 3 staff End to end payroll function Month end reconciling and reporting Work across multiple EBA's and awards Respond to payroll queries Key qualities/requirements: Strong customer service skills Prior experience in a management position Experience in complex high-volume payroll environments Advanced Excel Experienced working with multiple EBA's and awards Strong communication skills both written and verbal This is a full time, permanent position with a salary to $90K Super on offer for the right candidate.
