For more information visit Northern NSW Local Health District What you'll be doing Performing high quality diagnostic imaging for the purpose of clinical diagnosis. Current registration with AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Practitioner - Diagnostic Radiographer and current registration with the EPA (Radiation User Licence).
Demonstrated relevant experience in independent decision making and competence to perform a full range of area specific complex examinations in the following modalities: general radiography, theatre, fluoroscopy and mobile, both in regular working hours and in an on call setting. Demonstrated relevant experience and sound knowledge of the role and operation of imaging services in a multidisciplinary hospital setting. The applicant will be required to meet current Health Employees Medical Radiation Scientists (State) Award conditions for Level 2 Diagnostic Radiographer.
Ability to participate in 24 hour rotating roster including on-call services, seven days per week as directed by the Manager of Medical Imaging. These shifts may vary from site to site within the Local Network of the Northern NSW Local Health District. Valid unrestric....
