They supply LED Lighting & Solar Power to Commercial & Residential clients to reduce their costs and overheads through more energy efficient alternatives as well as to generate VEEC's (victorian energy efficiency certificate's) which they then trade on the energy market thus reducing our carbon foot print. POSITION The role you are looking at is a Sales Management role leading a team of hungry like-minded individuals to success in offering these fantastic and meaningful solutions to our Residential markets in Victoria. You will be responsible for team building, sales training, sales success & overall division performance.

The responsibilities of your position will include: Managing & leading a team of salespeople Managing the selling to the Residential market Overall training and induction of staff Recruiting and building your team Managing field sales and field operations Offering solutions with purpose and meaning to save our countries family home owners stacks of money and reduce our environmental impact BENEFITS Some of the huge benefits for this role are: Incredible earnings, look at a total OTE around $260K Generous base package betwenn $70k - $90k super Earning your commissions from managing your team The ability to build & design your outcomes accordingly Flexible working conditions with autonomy and field based Best industry knowledge at your finger tips from your mentors & managers Multi stated business with career progression opportunities to advance Supportive and successful directors powering an already successful business Enjoying a role with passion, purpose & meaning YOUR EXPERIENCE Your experience for this position must come from the Residential Field Sales industry where you have managed staff/operations and sold to residential customers ideally at a Field Sales level eg. D2D. Ideally you will have knowledge of the Lighting or Solar sales industry.
