About the team: The Issues team exists to create and execute market-winning strategies on select client issues. You will be joining a team of Strategic Marketers, Brand, and Knowledge & Research specialists with client centricity and collaboration at the core of all we do.

The Program Manager is a newly created role, responsible for working across a number of these select client issue programs - creating, driving and monitoring progress to enable sustained growth. What will your typical day look like? No two days will be the same. You will work with Senior Partners from across the firm, our strategic marketers and broader MCBD to elevate and execute on select client issue programs.

This will involve creating, driving and monitoring an operating cadence to enable impact and growth in the market. Your role: Design and build a Program Management Office (PMO) with associated governance framework, tools and templates to support program/project end to end - from scoping and requirements through to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high quality project deliverables through effective team communications Proactively manage and monitor execution of timeline and status in an effective manner Understand the fundamental strategy/offering being developed/deployed - its business value and how it fits with the overall firm strategy Collaborate cross-functionally across all levels of the firm to drive key programs and projects Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program/project level, including resolution of cross segment/team project issues Communicate program fundamentals to ensure key stakeholders clearly understand the program and are fully engaged Ensure the key stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed Enough about us, let’s talk about you: You will have; Strong working knowledge and proven experience of program/project management (specifically working with matrix reporting structures would be advantageous) Demonstrable stakeholder management skills, ideally from within a matrix structure in a professional services environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present concepts convincingly to a range of audiences Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to interpret complex subjects and architectures.
