Facilities and Fleet Officer
Leading NFP seeks Facilities and Fleet Officer to join for exciting fixed term role until June 2020 Your new company A leading NFP in Melbourne's inner suburbs is seeking a Fleet and Facilities Officer to support their Facilities and Fleet division. This NFP offers support and disability services to the wider Melbourne region and are a great organisation to be a part of. Your new role In your new role you will be expected to: Administer and co-ordinate all tasks associated with the changeover of all fleet vehicles nationally from owned to leased Process and analyses all national monthly and annual property and fleet related invoices and coordinate, update and administer the vehicle pool booking system Ensure Fuel cards are issued to new vehicles, old cards cancelled, and monthly invoices are reviewed in detail for any inconsistencies that raise areas of concern, ordering of e-tags.
Process all traffic & parking infringement notices and arise and process purchase orders for vehicle change overs Report on fleet vehicle maintenance and driver insurance claim history monthly and coordinate end to end Insurance claim repairs Ensure all vehicles are provided with information kits, first aid kits, and road side assist information Action property and fleet maintenance requests and responding to a high volume of e-mail and phone call enquiries regarding properties and fleet What you'll need to succeed Experience in motor vehicle fleet and facilities management. Experience logging maintenance and submitting work orders for work Familiarity with fleet maintenance requirements and fleet administration. Understanding of requirements related to essential safety measures in the relevant states and territories.
Familiarity with vehicle fleet management. Experience working with and managing trades and contractors. A proven commitment to customer service, including the ability to deliver on commitments to multiple stakeholders over a wide geographic area.
Highly developed interpersonal skills. A self-starter with high levels of initiative to deliver required outcomes under limited direction. What you'll get in return A convenient location, close to transport and not too far out of the city.
