Visual Merchandiser



As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser, you will be working under the creative direction of the State VM Manager, providing support to the VM & Store based team. You will be responsible yet not limited to the following tasks: Implement VM directives and additional VM strategies as communicated by the Support OfficeConduct daily walk throughs with the Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Department ManagersAnalyse range, product mix and stock reports on a weekly basis and implement moves as agreed to with the Store Manager based on the customer demographic and sell-through of productComplete window displays Ensure all merchandise is styled according to company directiveEnsure VM standards are maintained as per Company standards Assist in processing stock – unpacking, tagging, hanging etc during peak periods and ensure merchandise is replenished throughout the day Experience in a similar visual merchandising role Tertiary Qualifications in Visual Merchandising (Cert IV / Diploma) is desired Strong problem solving and analytical skills Team player and ability to work autonomously Meets deadlines and prioritise competing tasks Creative Flare and an eye for detail Loves the Glue brand & culture The Benefits At Glue we are extremely passionate about work place culture and believe a role with Glue is more than just a job.
