With over 240 staff and locations in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA and NZ they are the one stop shop for the supply of popular Asian Food brands With heavy focus on their consumers there is no wonder they are the reason for the perfect Asian cuisine enjoyed by millions across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, Newcastle, Cairns, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Description As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for continually growing and driving the Australian market through targeted, engaging campaigns, and strong brand awareness.

You'll be a driven strategist with the ability to identify market demographics through qualitative and quantitative means and turning this into creative communications across their audiences. Your role will include: Increase market share and achieve targeted sales growth and profitability; Develop and implement brand building strategies and marketing initiatives to position the company products to be the leading brand in the market; Analyse sales data and combine with market review to identify the current market trends, foresee future trends and gain consumer insights; Identify new business opportunities and untapped market; Launch new brands and promote the new products Liaise with all relevant parties including sales, suppliers, consumer and media (newspapers, magazines, radio station, television, internet) Drive the marketing event campaigns and promotional strategies Develop measurable Marketing Strategies across multiple channels including digital Attract sponsorship for marketing initiatives and attain approval for promotional budget Set marketing directions and objectives and ensure that all targets are met within time lines; Analyse the effectiveness of marketing and promotional initiatives and the direct impact on sales; Prepare report and analysis on all marketing projects Profile To be considered for this role: Min 5 - 8 years in Brand Management roles within FMCG industry a MUST Proven experience working with Coles, Woolworths a MUST Excellent verbal & written communication and negotiation skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Possess financial aptitude in terms of business planning and budget management; Leadership and people management skills Strong organisational skills Sound problem solving and analytical skills; Innovative and ability to think outside the square Results driven and passionate about Marketing Job Offer Competitive salary Work for a reputable leading brand Fun energetic team To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
