The Role Information Booth Reception/Call Centre Operator Applications are invited from experienced, confident, receptionist/call centre operators with a passion for customer service for an interesting role at Cabrini Malvern. Five days per week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 4pm - 8pm and Tuesday 4.

30pm to 8pm, you will provide patient, visitor and staff information either face to face or via the telephone from the North Block Information Booth. This role handles general enquiries; assists with directions throughout the hospital; assists with parking concerns, provides information and responds to emergency situations. Some flexibility around shifts may be required during periods of leave.

Key Capabilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
