The Position: This role is to support the Rewards Data Science team to develop, implement and optimise measurement and predictive models to deliver better product:customer targeting with the aim to increase the effectiveness of Woolworths Rewards campaigns. You will play a key part in the development and productionalisation of models to provide insights on digital attribution, conversions and measuring the success of targeted marketing campaigns in a true multi-channel manner. Working across multiple teams, you will support the Digital Experience and the Digital Media & Direct Communications team to map the customer journey and ensure that campaigns are highly targeted with a view to increase conversion rates.

Your key responsibilities will include; Design, build & maintain product-based data science solutions and maintain feature set from our customer, product and transactional data which can be utilised to build machine learning algorithms. Responsible for the end-to-end data science execution including scoping, building, testing, implementation, maintenance, tracking and optimisation of predictive models. Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business questions and execute data science projects that deliver business solutions within programmatic paid channels space (e.

g. Facebook, Google,etc.) About You: You will be passionate in the field of data science and be driven by a customer mission to deliver targeted marketing campaigns at scale.

You will have proven hands on experience working with digital marketing data with a demonstrated understanding of loyalty programs in large organisations. Key to your success in this role is your proven experience in data science, data analytics and data exploration, a real advocate and champion across all data management activities. Solid experience in data science, with a mathematics or statistics background A technical background with hands on experience with Python ( or R), SQL & Google Cloud Platform Sound underst.
