Randstad are working with an organisation who look after major projects across the country. The organisation are seeking a skilled Document controller to join their teams to manage documentation for specific projects, contractors and client groups. The Document controller will assist the project teams in implementing and maintaining an efficient and effective records and document management systems and procedures that will meet best practice requirements.
This role requires a strong ability to work independently in a complex project environment. Key Selection Criteria: 1. Experience in the operation and maintenance of records management systems, such as CM9.
2. Experience with document control practices and protocols for engineering documents. 3.
Experience using document control and collaboration systems such as TeamBinder, Aconex, SharePoint, I2CX etc. 4. Excellent skills in the MS Office suite of applications.
