Customer Service - Product Specialist
Your new company With continued growth Nationally our partner client are looking for a personable & professional, full time , customer service officer - product specialist to join their reputable business. This position will be people who believe in providing exceptional service to their customers & growing an existing customer base. Our client partner is in the FMCG industry based in Crestmead.
Your new role The Customer Service Officers -Product Specialist primary function will be to increase customers order values and the general number of customers. You will be an exceptional Up/Cross seller and be able to analyse the customers requirements and help them maximise their experience. This is an outbound call role and you will be working in a high volume environment.
Resilience, tenacity and a strong work ethic are the key areas for success in this role. You will: Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing customer base Works closely with existing customers providing guidance on pricing, products and delivery Maximise all opportunities to upsell to customers in all inbound and outbound calls Maintain Company Data Base to ensure accurate records of discussions are kept Update and Maintain a set call cycle Undertake sales initiatives and ad hoc volume driving opportunities Participate in contacting lapsed customers, with a view to try win them back To be considered for this role you must: Have experience within outbound customer service or contact centre roles Quick and efficient learner Have strong Microsoft Office skills Be able to work well under pressure A strong passion for delivering high quality customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills This role is an immediate start and will be a permanent full time basis.
