You will report into the Sales Manager where you will be responsible for one on one support and the and the day to day management of the office in an exciting and diverse role. Key responsibilities and duties: Answer incoming calls Respond to customer enquires / requests / issues Scheduling insulation appointments Allocation of installers and materials Preparation and distribution of daily run sheets Reschedule jobs / liaise with installers / site supervisors Raise purchase orders for product/materials for each location as required Selection criteria: Strong administration skills, account management skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Experience dealing with complex issues Strong software skills Knowledge of building and construction industry Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and initiative If this is the right role for you and your experience matches our selection criteria, please apply now.
