This stat body is based in Melbourne's CBD and plays a key role within the Victorian State Government's legal system. Joining a small, dynamic and busy HR team you will be immersed within a highly skilled organisation that offers flexibility where it can. Your new role Responsible for maintaining the HR inbox and responding to any queries and escalating where necessary, you will be the first HR point of contact for all staff.
In this role you will support the HR BP with recruitment, answer queries around payroll and assist in cleaning up HR processes such as reformatting position descriptions. What you'll need to succeed Experience with systems such as TRIM and Springboard is essential for this role, experience within the Victorian State Government would be beneficial. Confident to make decisions without guidance, you will be knowledgeable in HR practices and policies as well as understanding the VPS policies.
You will need to be available to commence work from the 21 st of November to cover the annual leave period. What you'll get in return Working with an experienced and small HR team in a small organisation, based in Melbourne's CBD, you will be offered flexibility with your hours. This role is a short-term temporary contract to cover a period of annual leave.
