Manager, Trustee Complaints
The organisation We are representing one of the largest wealth managers in the country. We are recruiting for a Manager with a focus on managing trustee complaints, the role will have no direct reports. The organisation are focused on improving member engagement and the overall (superannuation) offer.
Responsibilities End-to-end oversight of insurance complaints and complex insurance decisions; Focus on refining and implementing better processes and procedures as a means of ensuring best practice is in place moving forward; Engaging with a variety of customers (members and advisers), internal stakeholders & other departments (insurer, legal, customer relations) and external parties (AFCA) in resolving existing matters. Desired experience Previous experience having worked in complaints or claims, in insurance and/ or superannuation; Strong customer focus - ability to analyse processes and drive better member outcomes; Experience having worked in insurance and/ or superannuation; Any experience in Deceased Estates or in reviewing declined insurance claims would be held in high regard.
