About MRPV Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) was established to deliver a multi-billion-dollar pipeline of key road projects across Victoria, including new roads, road widenings, new bridges and major freeway upgrades. MRPV manages complex and strategically important road projects from business case development through to completion connecting local communities and supporting Victoria's growing economy. The Role In this position you will find yourself spending time with local Aboriginal communities around Victoria and building on those relationships so that you are able to identify and manage important cultural heritage and native title matters.

You will be an incredible value add for the business, and the community in this brand-new ongoing VPS6 position. You will also: Develop and implement our proposed cultural heritage and native title framework Establish partnerships with Registered Aboriginal Parties and Traditional Owner groups Develop materials and provide training and support to the business. About You You have developed and implemented frameworks in the past relating to Cultural Heritage and Native Title.

You have demonstrated experience in the application of key legislation as it relates to cultural heritage and native title. You can develop materials and tools to assist the business in relation to sensitive cultural issues that may arise. You enjoy getting out of the office to meet people in community, as well as building strong valuable relationships with Aboriginal community leaders or organisations.

Having existing relationships with Aboriginal communities around Victoria would be beneficial to your success in the role. Why MRPV?
