You will report directly to the Regional Manager and will have experience managing an aged care or community facility.

The Facility This stunning facility located in Central Queensland is looking for an experienced facility manager from a clinical or non clinical background. As part of a large supportive organsiation you will have access to a wealth of support with outstanding career oppurtunities on offer You Will Be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of clinical care management, improve clinical & performance targets.
Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision. Understand the financial, quality, risk and compliance of how a residential home operates.
