The Opportunity Due to unprecedented growth, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the GM, this newly created role has been established to develop the Account Management/Customer Success function to support a growing customer base and to deliver on ambitious growth plans. Specifically you will; Develop the Customer Success function setting up tools, team, process and structure to support a growing Customer base nationally. Monitor your own performance by measuring your achievements against revenue targets.

Success Plan Creation with roadmap & Measurement tools and reporting. Development and execution of Success Plans, in collaboration with Product, Marketing and Sales. Increase usage forecast and actuals - mitigating churn, increasing "propensity to upsell" and expand the usage of the platform.

Measure the results of executed strategies to determine their efficiency in helping drive increased usage and revenue. Proactively discuss, advise and support the delivery of core platform functionality and features to the Customer to ensure the Customer receives value for money and meets or exceeds their business goals. Facilitate demonstration sessions (face to face and via screen share) with existing customers to showcase how to use new software features.

Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders in the business (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product) to ensure alignment on plans. Actively monitor, manage and prevent the risk of churn from Customers. To Be Successful You're an enthusiastic Account Manager/Customer Success advocate with 5 years in customer-facing roles.

You are willing to go above and beyond to make Customers succeed and enjoy reaching outcomes in which you drive value for Customers and the Business. You are focused and well-organised with proven experience in driving value for Customers through reaching and exceeding specific commercial and end-customer outcomes. Specifically you will have; Proven track record in managing a sales or account management team and delivering to sales targets, preferably in SaaS / Technology / Product led company Strong organisational and time management skills (Manage competing priorities) Excellent communication skills and ability to present software product to Customers Ability to establish strong relationships Experience working with Hubspot or other common Customer success tools Interested?
