An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially minded and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. Client Details We are working with an exciting national consultancy who continue to win work through quality service delivery. A newly created position has become available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to assist in organisation growth and to ensure that there are the systems and strategies in place to support and sustain this growth.
Description You will be responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating a number of talent related projects. You will be responsible for the recruitment of Consultants through to Project Director level candidates and be working across several projects assisting project managers identify gaps and potential needs. You will develop a workforce plan and growth strategy for the next 5 years.
You will work alongside an experienced HR Manager and assist on some HR related projects. Profile Experience working within an internal talent acquisition role. Experience recruiting staff within either IT or Defence is preferable.
Experience designing and implementing recruitment systems is preferable. Have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
